They really weren't that hard to fit, just patience and attention to detail required. If you look on the website you'll see it's something like 16 steps but the 2nd one I did took about 1 and a half hours work, albeit 2 days in total for curing times and stuff.
A good 50% of the steps carried out are to ensure perfect waterproofing, which is understandable!

One issue actually with my car was that the headlamp lens sits slightly too far forward on one side, causing the acrylic cover to sit with a 1.5~2mm gap between it and the body on the top side. No problem in the end- it was all waterproofed up and then masked properly with bendy masking tape and I thumbed in some carbond sealant into the gap with white spirit.
Tidied it up perfectly and added extra waterproofing.
