I have only just seen this, and I have just two things to say, firstly, I am not and have never been president, I am the lowly (self appointed) moderator of this highly esteemed club.
Secondly, I noticed that nobody rushed to support me when N7P45 voted that I be kicked off. Well that's fine thanks for all these years of dedicated service to the MCC.
If that's how it is then I resign. Yes, that's right! I am now resigned.
Sincerely yours,
ChilliWhizz (& Beastie)
Please don't leave us Chilli. Was a slight misunderstanding. I hope you will take up your roll and maybe we could talk about a raise. You deserve one mate.I have only just seen this, and I have just two things to say, firstly, I am not and have never been president, I am the lowly (self appointed) moderator of this highly esteemed club.

So, er, a raise you say?

Just thinking. We may have to split the club next year.
MCC for cars with power from 350 to 500 bhp.
Then a new club called the MMCC with cars from 500
I can see 4 members already in Neal, Alex, Peter and hopefully myself.
The all new MMCC (Monster Modified Chimaera Club)
If anyone wants an easy route into the MMCC they can buy mine as I don't have the time to use it much these days. Bought a small holding which takes up all my spare time so the Chimaera is just gathering dust at the moment!MCC for cars with power from 350 to 500 bhp.

That sounds like some car Mark,, what's it worth to you ?
It's probably worth a lot less than it cost to build that's for sure. I am struggling to come up with a valuation as everyone I have asked has come up with wildly differing opinions. I have donated it to Sportmotive in the interim so that Ian can test his new suspension setup and it will do the car good to keep it running. What is the MCC's opinion on value, what do you all think is a sensible price to market it at and where is the best place to advertise?I guess this gets me a bit further up the list!
Now giving a potential 468 bhp & 414 ft/lbs at the wheels.
after discussion and to maintain longevity, retain standard drivetrain, (and Dom's sanity regarding his excellent warranty!) this has now been re-tuned to:
439 bhp & 420 ft/lbs at the wheels.
I'll leave it up to anyone interested to convert to flywheel figures.
That'll do me for now
