So it's the love-child of a screenwash motor and a screw jack, driven by a box of Penelope's wet dreams... what could possibly go wrong? scratchchinlaugh

We have gone for different types. I have the E-Stopp. I'll also do a write up once it's back on the road. Currently targeting mid April.

The E-Stopp unit only works when ignition is off, therefore can't be used for hill starts. Hill start is the only issue my wife has. When the car is parked with the engine off, it's in gear so handbrake isn't needed

Big job. Be nice for her who must be obeyed though.

I suppose you can fibreglass that panel in from above then below when you do the body off next winter thumbup

Or is that panel detachable from manufacture? I can’t remember

I was thinking I might drive mine on Monday......but then I realised there's a new rule that TVRs are for pulling apart and sharing the experience, not for driving.
Never mind, I like breaking rules. wink

A bit more done
Main bracket made so it should be fairly easy from now

Would have been quicker but big Lillian needed some love

Actuator mounted to main chassis rail and in possession

And Penelopes box of wet dreams
I will neaten the wires out when the body comes of latter this year
Hopefully my spring will turn up tomorrow so I can keep some tension on the hand brake leaver to stop it bouncing on
