I bought secondhand hood on eBay to replace mine but seems the later cars have a slightly different fit
Who do recommend to supply and fit new hood in South East England?

I brought my hood from a company in Oxted. Very nice people, great quality and service. I fitted mine myself but they do offer the service too. No idea what it would cost though.

Thanks just had a look at them, seems a good price. How long and difficult was it to fit the hood?

i just had mine done by Dave the trimmer in Milton Keynes. not cheap at £550 + Vat and i had to wait 2 months which suited me. he has done a very good job and it looks great. there is a bit of puckering where it meets the door, but pulling it even tighter it smooths it out.
bear in mind, you may need new rubbers which is extra, although Dave said that mine did not need renewing.
it was done in 2 days, and it was done when Dave said it would be, i was even picked up by Dave at the station, although i was at station at 7:30 am

Fitting the new Targa cloth is a piece of p**s but time consuming to get shot of all the old glue. I've no idea how long it took all in to do. I actually got the rear section fitted by a local garage as it was winter by the time I got round to it and too cold here to fit myself. Quite honestly though this local garage f**ked it up - but thats the price for living in Germany I suppose, I would have had the shop fit it themselves but the 500odd Euros for fuel was a little pricy just to get there and back.

Hilton & Moss would do a good job(Bishops Stortford) , but again not particularly cheap.

phone up D & C trim in blackpool, very helpful chaps. I bought a new hood, which I fitted myself, and got the information on the glue remover to use, which was a real pig of a job, but this stuff that they recommended came from a builders suppliers and it was a spray can of resin bond remover, I soaked the fibre glass hood pannel in it and just scapped the old glue off, very easily. Again they recommended a tile glue for refitment of the new hood, and fitting it at room temp allowing the hooding to be moved into position before setting, which it did, its solid as a rock, with no creasing in the rear window and only very small one on the sides, which D&C said it would disappear as the new material beds in. Very helpful chapps seeing as though i never bought a thing off them smile
