Below is a list of cars that have outran me from roundabouts, or in 30-90 sprints in the last three months:

- Seat Leon Cupra R (though clearly heavily modified).
- Audi RS3
- BMW 535D

But most shamefully of all... I can barely bring myself to say it...

- Chrysler Crossfire.

I was mortified, I rushed home to check Wikipedia and took some comfort from the fact that there's a 3.2 AMG engined variant. It must have been one of those.

Anyway, I know that's not what TVR ownership is all about - this was mostly flat out, but also in the 'normal flow' of traffic. I don't expect to get left behind by a fking Chrysler Crossfire!

That's it really. Feel free to odd to the list, unless you feel this thread is too low brow.

When was the last time you had it on the rollers to see what it makes at the wheels. you should see at least 185 hp. if not something is missing...

My old Chim 400, which ran 228 at the fly, didn't lose as such but couldn't shake,
Lexus horrid cabrio jelly mould thing (though it does have a large V8 under the bonnet

But I did have a laugh with a nob in a corsa wait till he ran out of steam then flor it in 3rd did not see him again I think he will have been sweeping up the glass from his shated side windows as the cim was just comeing on song as I past

Ektually, I have experienced that 'why am I not flying past the barge in front' feeling. It's also why the old bank balance has taken such a beating in the last couple of years

Although I do have friend with a 570bhp modified Porsche, he's good at going faster but it's easy with 4wd and an auto box
