Woodruff Crank Bolt
Discussion
Recent topic on sheared crank front pulley bolt. Where can these be bought from. Seems an easy job to replace for piece of mind. Clev Trev may have them but wish to avoid excess postage. Also is there a stronger no worry bolt available. Thanks.

Thanks lads. Paul. Hope it did not shear on your ex Uncle Fester good one.
Unfortunately, yes - car is still in the Alps awaiting repatriation after my clutch (suspected release bearings) failed on my trip last week.... drove an interesting 130km with no clutch through 3 countries in the Alps to get to my hotel....Paul,hope the damage was not as bad as it could have been. Hope.
Question to everybody. How easy is it to renew the Woodruff key. Is it just the belt off and unscrew the large pulley end bolt and slip it off. Firstly lock the transmission in gear with handbrake hard on to unscrew. Is this the way? Thanks every body.
