Help wanted

I am now living in germany and am about to sell my beleoved Chimera but the driver side wing mirror has come lose and the clock has slowed to a snails pace. a) is it possible to tighten the wing mirror without taking the door apart and b) is the clock issue a fuse/wiring problem or just knackered?
