very unusual indeed.
it appears to have half the original Chim bonnet but with a tusc's front bonnet piece,splitter and lights. have only seen one like this and that was a Griff with Tuscan splitter and lights. unless the car is seriously damaged why rebuild it with another models styling features? it just looks plain weird now.
what do you guys make this oddity!?

Are you putting in a offer? 
Would think that with that conversion I would say it is limiting its potetial market and therefore already worth less than a decent same age 500. Add in the Cat D history and that value comes even lower. Would not want to go near at that sort of money.
If you like the Tuscan looks then surely you would rather buy one, they are are coming down to that sort of price already; if you are scared of the S6 engine then bide your time and pick one up for £10k (or less) with a blown engine and get a different block put in with the extra £5k.

So you guys belive that this is an original Tuscan Front? I think the Tuscan front with the Chim rear looks dull, but there are some interesting aspects.
I know that TVR's underneath hasn't changed much for the last decades, but does a Tuscan Body (Front and Back) fit on a standard Chim without modification? Especially the Rover V8 Engine?

It is very ease to knock what someone else has done, it is not so easy to do better with your own hands, fair play to whoever did it.
With my own hands I left the shape of my Chimaera well alone and let the hands of the people at Blackpool decide what looked right and what didn't.
I don't question the chaps talent, just its a shame to see such a beautiful car used as the base for this project. Each to their own.

Personally the think the Tuscan 2 vert is a great looking car spoilt by the profile of the domed roof. Just my personal opinion but an opinion just the same.
Whilst this sort of thing is not at all what I would go for he appears to have done a pretty good job and it seems that, surprisingly, some people like this sort of modification. Can't see how it's worth any more than a Cat D 500 Chimaera except to someone who planned something similar. Wouldn't let my wife anywhere near it....
