Advice for towing a caravan

I'm thinking ahead to this year's summer holiday, which is going to be a caravanning tour. Not sure where yet, but I've definitely decided that the Chimaera will be my weapon of choice.

So, can anyone recommend me a tow bar fitter?

I guess the torque of the RV8 will make the TVR an excellent tow car, but I've never towed before; does anyone have any tips for towing a caravan?
