Air intake temp Forced induction

Just looking at the ecu log of the yesterday's intake temps they were hovering around the 48deg area

What would be acceptable top end intake temps, anyone know ?

Have you fitted knock control ?.. You mention retarding by the ecu , or is o lay being done on intake temps ?

Just installing knock control myself, want to see what the water injection does for reducing intake temps although mine is the aquamist and runs on injector duty cycle rather than just descriete air temps

Hmm interesting , I have fitted a large inter cooler and seeing post inter cooler temps plus 14 over ambient
