Whats the most spent on fixing/upgrding your chim
Discussion
I just wont stop, feels like the car is becoming a botomless pit for money right now.
Fixes include, bottom end rebuild, camm, clutch, starter, service, etc, etc, etc.
Upgrades include, Nitrons, AP brakes and ACT carbon stuff.
So, after 1 year of ownership I have spent about 8k, can anyone top that and make me feel better????

Car had a history, dealer stamps from my local. After my time with a TVR I don't put much faith in a dealers stamp.
I chose to do the upgrades which account for close to half the cost and must say they make the car feel great (Nitron, AP and ACT)
I guess with 40k of miles on the clock things like clutch, starter, camm are faily common so did not bother me that much.
The one that killed me was the broken piston which caused the rebuild and a majority of my unplanned costs. I have no idea what caused this just glad it did not cause more damage.
Good news, if any, is the car is rebuilt now and I know every inch of the car and it should be good for tones of miles without any major work
