Not sure if images will actually upload but had wheels and badges done today and so happy with the outcome. All reversible as well.

Did you use Plasti-Dip?
I Plasti-Dip'd mine and my neighbors wheels when I lived in America but it's really expensive over here. Might still have to get some judging by how good yours looks.
Top job, well done bud
I plasti-dipped my badges and removed the 290/flag badge from the boot. I also did the lower lip on the bumper but it came off as it was about 2º and I think a bit of moisture got under it. I'll do it again when it gets warmer though as I preferred the look.
It's about £14 for a can of plastic-dip off eBay. last time i did wheels I used 4 or 5 cans so not too expensive. Less than a single wheel repair.

Having placed a Leon 290 Black back in September, just wanted to clarify how people are getting on with news of car getting delivered in wrong colour, Dynamic grey ordered, white delivered, I can see the odd mention of this, how common is the problem?, I am massively disappointed by my news and seems to be dragging on with no further resolution from Seat or ordering company on delivery date, car has landed but dragging there heals on how the issue can be rectified....
If you read back through a few pages then you will see lots of people had their dynamic grey cars changed to white without notification. These people are getting £250 high street vouchers direct from Seat by way of apology. One owner (posted on page before your post) got £500 cash plus £250 vouchers.I was one of the few that actually got a dynamic grey car but tbh i'd probably be happier if they'd ended up delivering me a white one and £250. The grey looks white to me and to everyone else that's commented on the car. The colour is probably the most disappointing aspect of the car. Dynamic grey, so dynamic it's actually white.

So I've just checked and when I operate the handbrake up and down it rubs and makes a 'fart' noise kind of like when you sit on a leather sofa and the cushions rub together.
Is this the same noise you're getting Jon?
Mine is more of a it's making contact with something it shouldn't noise. I'm going to live with it, if I pull the handbrake on quickly, I don't hear it.Is this the same noise you're getting Jon?

I thought about the roof but left it but looking at yours I think it looks great. Little touches finish the car off! Had my roof, centre of the rear spoiler and below the lower front grille wrapped gloss black

I have a friend that has his own wrapping & dipping company. Yes pretty sure it's plasti dip. What ever he has done has done a superb job. Completely changes the look of the car with little touches.

Really like that, I think leaving the alloys standard was a good choice as the wrapping does enough to complete the look.Had my roof, centre of the rear spoiler and below the lower front grille wrapped gloss black
After 1,000 miles now, I have to say the economy isn't stellar. Averaging around 300 miles per tank in eco mode with a mixture of motorway and booting it rarely.
The arm rest annoys me when changing gear, even when pushed right back, but I am 6'1 so my arms are quite long.
Apart from that, car is fantastic. A few people have commented about "how lovely and light the doors are" which I hadn't even noticed.
