Listers of Stratford on Avon. Found the deal here.
Didn't want white and was offered black or grey for delivery soonish, or choose a colour and take my chances. Chose grey, suits the understated styling.
Same here, ordered from Hollie at Stratford UADidn't want white and was offered black or grey for delivery soonish, or choose a colour and take my chances. Chose grey, suits the understated styling.
Anyone know where any is left ha?
I just had a call from Select checking whether I was still interested in an R estate (id enquired a few months ago). I already have one on the way through Windrush VW but might be worth double checking with Select if they're calling potential punters?! Not sure what they're actually offering though deal wise.

I was told this morning that the R estate allocation has all gone. I'm next in line for a cancellation through the broker I went for (who took 2 days to sort the finance check)
I'm not surprised, I was going to go for an S4 Avant deal back last year and missed it by a day too!At the time I was advised to go for a deal as soon as I was happy with it, not prevaricate, so this time I did!

Got my order number this morning, awaiting a build date, dealer says 8 - 10 weeks so hopefully middle of june
I didn't want mine until October which is apparently ok! So hopefully they will be able to hit that!! Still worrying about the black but will just have to wash it! Twentymac said:
Oh bloody hell thats not good.
What broker is that then?
Not allowed to name and shame ( It would be shaming as I have been asked for proof of address today, despite having details of my driving licence, me being registered on the electoral roll, all bills in my name etc etc - five working days after I put the application in.)What broker is that then?
I wouldn't be surprised to hear if they asked me something else on the 21st
Can I just ask how long other people took to get approved by finance.
I have a good credit score ( >90%) but a non- conventional address ( number, minor road, major road, village, town) which gets put down as flat x, sometimes, and the other bits get jumbled up too. Plus all the other people on my road use house names because they're all too posh for the numbers they were allocated.
I think this is cocking me up, but am not sure.
Is there any difference between dealer and broker too?

Tbh I'm not jumping up for joy due to having a white car again - saw a blue one at the weekend (hatch) and do love the Lapis blue - but hey ho - the £600 saving buys me quite a bit of fuel!
Nah, it's, what, £25 a month? A round of drinks not to drive a white car? Bargain! Just don't expect me to buy a round of drinks if we meet

Hi Guys,
I've got a FL R Estate on order in White and I was wondering if anyone else in this position look at buying some alloys for the duration of the lease then sticking the originals back on when it's due to be returned so there are no charges? Just thinking that some some nice black alloys would set it off a bit better against the white as well as the obvious reduction in charges. Could then sell the "stand in" alloys once finished with them.
Thoughts?

The charge from VWFS for curbed alloys is £35 per wheel - buying / selling alloy wheels and swapping tyres will likely cost you more than that.I've got a FL R Estate on order in White and I was wondering if anyone else in this position look at buying some alloys for the duration of the lease then sticking the originals back on when it's due to be returned so there are no charges? I'm glad I picked the grey one when I had the choice, it was that or black and I hate cleaning cars.
I had picked the Blue but i took to long deciding. So the decision was took away when i got an email saying this is the last car do you want it. For 250 a month i cant complain.Gassing Station | Audi, Seat, Skoda & VW | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
