Have just cancelled my spotify subscription... it just doesn't integrate well in the Golf, and as I listen to the majority of my music in the car, there's little point in paying for something that doesn't work when you want it to.
Shame as it works really well in the E-Class.
The iPod/iTunes integration though is fantastic, although selecting an album on the touch screen whilst driving on a bumpy road is a challenge

It does work... if you set it up on the phone, then just let it play. So if you have a Spotify playlist, you can listen to it.If you try and skip a track via the steering wheel button, it gets itself into a twist with the wrong track info displaying on the screen, or cuts out entirely. Bit of a pain for me, I'm a fussy bugger and have to be in the mood for certain songs, so tend to skip 2 in 10 tracks, but then might want to listen to them later so wouldn't remove them from the playlist altogether.
Shame, as it worked okay in the 2011 Fiesta, and works well in the Merc.

Hm. Which system do you have? Just on the subject of order times, I had my order accepted on the 10th of Feb, its still "with the Factory" and hasn't been built yet.
Delivery date has slipped to the end of May from following other threads I guess its going to slip further.
Spec is 3dr Lapiz, DSG with DRC and Winter pack.

Was told by LeasePlan Go that I could order Dynaudio, but it turns out that I can't, so that's a bit of a bummer, although not unexpected.
