I received a text this morning to say mine has arrived in the UK - any idea on the turn around time from port to ready for collection/delivery?
I think it depends on the dealer receiving it, i had an email from my dealer saying that they need a full 48hrs to to do the PDI, and then it can be delivered...so i think somewhere between 2 days and 1 week would be a good turnaround. But I've not had mine delivered so i a speaking hypothetically rudester said:
I got exactly the same spec and terms last week for £287 a month. It's definitely possible as i've had my order confirmed with Warrington VW this week.
Don't suppose you could share (via PM if necessary) who that was with, could you? I'm desperately trying to find a saved quote as it looks like this offer is pretty much over & I missed it I spoke to G2L today and they said the finance company had shut this deal down and they only had saved quotes left at anything approaching those prices.
All I really want is metallic paint and 19"s but best I've found so far is closer to £360 at 6+23 which is just getting a bit too much for comfort.

The 19"s really push the price up I think, have you had a quote without them?I spoke to G2L today and they said the finance company had shut this deal down and they only had saved quotes left at anything approaching those prices.

How many miles is that for bud? Can't believe people are going for 8k miles! As previously mentioned, there's no 'fun miles' in that!!
That was 8k but I have a van for work so nearly all will be fun miles! Was considering going to 10k as a safety net but tbh I done 5k a year average on my previous car .stabilio said:
Is this deal still on at G2L? I still see "2.0 Tsi R 4x4 3dr " on there site at £242.99 (6 + 24).
Was going to call them but there shut until Monday.
Nope, 'fraid it seems it's all over at G2L. Called them Friday only to be told finance company had pulled plug on the deal. Was going to call them but there shut until Monday.
Mentioned the ad on the website only to be told that was now out of date. They had a couple of old quotes left on the system, but they will have expired by Monday, and frustratingly they are shut over the weekend as you say.
Prices are now starting in the order of £360 at 6+23 base model no options
