Yes it has 859 bhp, you don't hear much of that classical 5-cylinder Audi noise when it passes you, you just hear the turbo...

I'd still rather have that red quattro. Mind you, the Dahlback quattro is pretty impressive, too...
Engine seems remarkably well back in engine bay. I am doing a 6 speed 20v RR build at the moment and have got engine about 1" further back due to new flywheel design and 6 speed box being shorter but this car must have different box, would be interested to find out what it is. Any weight advantage gained by moving engine back helps in these cars
Seen that before (have a movie clip on home PC of it spinning all 4 wheels off the line!!!), but still very impressive.
IIRC I think something goes pop toward the end of its run, and black and white smoke start coming from the exhuast!!!
Still, when you run a turbo that big, you have to expect something to give eventually!!
The black SWB (not sure if its an original Sport or not??) one?? I have hours worth of clips of that beast!!

It's got a six-speed sequential dogshift gearbox... You can see the gearleaver on this pic... http://galleri.streetmeets.no/albums/gardermoen-27-08/DSCN3123.JPG
