QUATTRO OR NOT

Help from TT owners required.

Am looking at an imported TT Roadster tonight which the seller claims is a 225 Quattro. However I have heard of quattro badges being stuck on 180 (non quattro)models and being falsely sold on.

What should I look out for in the engine, exhaust etc to give away what it is?

Look at the engine - if it has two large silver hoses - one running from each intercooler at the left and right side of the radiator, then its at 225.

180s only have 1 intercooler.
