'56 plate Audi S8 - V10, do they exist?

Morning all

Last night around Gatwick airport I saw an Audi S8 - '56 plate, twin dual exhausts, V10 badge underneath the side repeaters. It looked, frankly, amazing.

However, I didn't think they did a full on S8 at that age? I'm sure they did a W12 version, and I recall them using an iteration of the Lambo V10 unit in the gallardo, but didn't realise they called it an S8?

Nevertheless, it looked absoutely perfect

So, does it exist, or was it a V10 A8 with a badge?

Yup, hence why I asked - I didn't think they'd ever done an '8 Avant

Must admit I thought it looked unbelievably good - and I've had a quick browse in the classifieds - the interiors look great and I dont think I've ever seen that many buttons
