Mine needed new passenger door and front offside 3/4 section wotsit. This was across the Xmas holiday when TVR shut up shop for a few weeks. Took about 10 weeks for parts all in all.

What work is being done on yours, Bandit? 6 months seems a hell of a long time.

AH hah. just looked at your profile. Pretty much total rebuild. Nonetheless, 6 months ...

Just my bit of advice... write the car off if you can!
It's been 6 months since mine went in for accident repairs and its still not back... its not worth it !
I had the option to write it off but choose to repair it....wish I hadn't now !

Take the money and buy a new one!

(Depressed at lack of TVR driving)

Sorry to hear you've still not got it back Bandit. I well remember you trying to decide what to do about your Cerb.
I thought mine may well have been written off & wouldn't really have been too upset if it was, as it'll have to be sold soon anyway, but it is good to keep another griff on the road.

True... good luck anyways..let us know what happens.
FYI - TVR have promised my car will be returned within two weeks ...shame I'll be working in Holland when it finally comes back!

For what its worth i thought many a time ah i should of just let them write it off, but at the end of teh day there are only around 3000 of them made of which i dont know how many are still on the road, i love the car to bits, and its a future classic and such great fun to have when theres so many dull cars on the road(not just the on about the colour).

TVR has such a low turnover and such a differnt persona lets try and keep these cars sunny side up and if we do have a little knock try and keep them on the road.

Got it back today. Top marks to Mole Valley/Bee Gees.

The other parties insurers have admitted liability as well so I'm well pleased
