Don't give Beachy a hard time, Tubbs has been embarrassed into visiting the Gym. He needs to refresh his memory so he can tell Cliff what equipment he uses

sorry lads, just got out of the shower, been to the gym this evening and it was a killer I don`t mind telling you!
I got b
ked for smoking a fag on the rowing machine, then as punishment was told to do five miles on the treadmill, got a bit of speed up after falling off 3 times, crushed my fags in the process 
so the instructor stood over me like a little hitler trying to encourage me to keep going, a very usefull piece of advice he gave was to imagine something that you really desire running along in front of you, and to keep chasing after it.
so there I am all sweaty and out of puff imagining a beautiful woman with a nice round arse jogging along in front of me wearing only a thong, and before you know it the 5 miles came and went, I even did an extra mile as by now I must have been halucinating.
anyway, remembering what the instructors advice was, here is a picture of Pasco pursuing his ultimate desire
