Gredge Match (Griff v Wedge - Long Marston 1/4: 5th-6th Sept)

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

It's a thought I've been kickin' around for a little while. Just tryin' to gauge response guys. If you have constructive comment jump into the Wedgey pages would ya and say it.

May bump this one up from time to time unless there's insufficient interest for furthering the notion.

I would have been interested if I hadn't been on holiday. Sadly I'll just have to console myself with San Miguel & Tapas.

Yes sounds like a good idea yes

As Cliff says a little early to make a 100% commitment but 90% in on that event providing they have no noise restrictions Bruce smile

Edit to add I have a job getting Rachel to sit in the passenger seat never mind driving the bloody thing yes A total non starter I'm afraid Bruce frown

& his cross dressing mate biggrin

Also not a hope of Tanya driving it frown

So the only chance of an old Tart running it down the strip is if i let Pasty boy have a go hehe

Obviously the Old Tart reference is only for Pasty not for the missus

O.k, a bit of a slow start in this camp too; I've just given the Wedgelings a poke.

Just seems like a good opportunity for a get-together a few weeks down the line from GG09 and at the summers end.

Gonna need some idea of 'Probables' here to make this work. SCR have promised support but if the numbers aren't big enough it's not worth their while going out of their way; a hand-full may as well join in the ranks of RWYB. And remember, I'd like to think there could be means of generating something for charity.

So, come on . . . .

Soz Del; read you words; just wasn't sure if it was a Yup or Nup and didn't wanna be presumptious. Lookin' to get a good fifteen in number from each camp if possible. If that's lookin' likely then it'll be a 'goer'. Ta for your support. smile
