Griffith Growl 2005. Update May

Thought the other thread was getting a bit untidy re-seeing what dates whats going on etc so thought I would post a new one with Dates info etc on the 1st post to make it easier to refer to.
"The Griff Growl 2005" will be held at the Ettington Chase Hotel, near Stratford-on-Avon on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st August 2005. Although a think a few may be turning up on Friday the 19th too for a couple of swift ones
.
There will be a segregated area in the car park for the TVR's and a special rate has been negotiated
with the hotel and the prices are:
£60 for a double or twin room (B&B)
£50 for a single room (B&B).
Please call the hotel direct on 01789 740000 quoting
reference R43890 to book.The hotel's web site is HERE
There'll also be a BBQ on the Saturday afternoon/early evening which is £10 per person. To book for the BBQ, e-mail ME on Simon@ballisticbanana.co.uk. The BBQ must be booked and paid for at least 4 weeks in advance so please ensure I receive your cheques by the 8th July at the latest.
A few other bits and bobs have got to be finalised by Mr Maggit so hopefully I will edit this post as and when to add them.
Come on Guys/Gals lets get over a Hundred this year.
Also dont forget to add your name to the PH Calander HERE
too so we can see who's coming
Feel free to mail Maggit(when his pooter works
) Me and FFG if you need any more info but hopefully most wil be posted here anyhow.

I have taken 20 peoples money for the BBQ to date as with T-shirts please mail me if you want my address to send money before July.

We can have up to 18 characters (including spaces) to each line. I think the owners details on the first line, then either your PH or TVRCC logi, then the car details on the bottom line.
Naturally I need the size required as well! I will need the cheques made out to "Colin Elliott" and orders placed with me before July 20th, or people will be disappionted.

Thanks for that, BB. As you can see, pooter is mended, time to start pulling stuff together again.
As an aside, to keep this thread on course and as short as possible, would you peeps kindly put discussions re the Growl/who's going/drinking what etc, on their own threads?
This way, it doesn't get to dozens of pages with people complaining about "too much to trawl through". Thanks very much.
Hopefully, news on special Growl T-shirts to follow shortly.

We're away this weekend for a long weekend in Belgium, but I'm expecting to come back to the prototype polo shirt, which, if the standard on the guys work I've seen is anything to go by, will be excellent. I'm still waiting quotes from two others.
I've had an enquiry re shocks for Griffs, and the chap will be there. I'm still waiting for a response from the guy making the hard-tops. The Polishing Co. are attending.
If anybody knows anybody else who'd like to attend, please udge them in our direction. Also, If anybody would like to help with drive-outs, etc. don't be shy.
I need your addy for the BBQ cheque, btw BB.
I know I'm generally hosting this years Growl, but please feel free to volunteer if you like.
