Whenever my Pre-cat Griff is driven in the rain, or damp evenings the drivers side head light pod mists up. Does anyone else suffer from this on a Griff,or know of a cure?
I'm trying to decide whether to totally seal it around the back of the lens...or add more ventilation. The passanger side never mists, it is not sealed and exposed to damp & dry air from the heater blower.

You sure the lens isn't cracked or the back broken?

Although the perspex is (I assume) sealed to the body work, it may not be sealed to the pod. If you open the bonnet and look at the pod from above the radiator, you may be able to see where moisture is getting in, between perspex and pod. I've taped over mine with duct tape. Enough of a seal to stop water splashing in, but not airtight so the pod can 'breath' - hopefully without condensation forming. I wouldn't seal the lamp unit itself from behind as any moisture in there will stay in.

Many thanks, I will check this weekend if there is any gap and attempt to seal it, but not fully.
