Going to Halfords on the way home tonight but I forgot to check the Bible before I left this morning

I know I've got NGK's fitted at the moment but I can't remember the detail...
What plugs do I buy for my 92 4.3 please?

I use NGK B7ECS, I have just had to replace the old ones this week in the hope of rectifying a persistent mis-fire (no luck, nice waste of £32!)

Cheers.

Interesting as I'm sure mine were B6ECS - so you use a hotter plug. I was thinking of trying a hotter plug as if anything the B6's run a bit cold with the Mark Adams' ECU on my car.

Is yours a 4.3?

Yep, Halfords don't stock them, or at least my local one doesn't. I had to get mine from a TVR dealer on Saturday as I couldn't find anyone who had them on the shelf. The dealer said they buy them by the hundred, as if they run out they can't get them locally either!

Oh bugger!

Any view on B6 vs B7?

Guess I'll take what I find when I find it then!
