From fourth post;
"I think Hamish/Bluebottles solution is the best I've seen and an upgrade I have on the back burner. This re-routes the air intake through the inner wing and into the void in front of front wheel arch. Just need to install a mouse trap in there as well hehe"
Has anyone on here got a photo of this or coments on suitability?
I'm very reluctant to go hacking holes into the tub but this seems like a good idea

Found these two pics on P/Hs so it's been done before.
There is a very large cavity in the wing but you would need to work out where the headlight pod sits if you intend putting the filter inside the wing. If you remove the nearside hooter there is quite good access....if your hands aren't too big!

I really recommend this mod. You need to work out how the remove the filters for cleaning..the panel between the headlight and the rad can be cut away and a removable heatsheild installed. I also enlarged the hole under the pod to allow more air in. Filters and plumbing came with my SC Power kit
