Not sure where I'd put it and whether the site would allow it. Had feedback from 2 to say they can't get it. Both are freeserve. Not had any positive feedback. Is everyone having a problem.

Okay, I'm obviously not very good at this. Some have it and some can't get it. I have a suggestion from 'ed' (who did) So email me again if any problems for a new link. The file is going to be replaced with a lot of cerbie stuff after the weekend (hopefully) So get it now.

I've had a lot of emails about this off list, and am finding I'm writing the same thing many times over so could I just say this on list.

I am not a profit making organisation, there is no charge for the download. I am simply a cerbie owner who bought a lot of stuff for the cerbie. As a by product I have the parts list and TSB's from 1993 to 2000 which seem to include griffs and chimeras.

I believe this information should be freely available to anyone daft enough to love a TVR. So it doesn't matter what I paid for it. I have no motives beyond the obvious.

The only reason I'm removing it over the weekend is because I have limited web space and a lot of cerbie stuff to go in its place. Not because I'm then going to charge. Hopefully by that time enough of you will have it that you can share it amongst yourselves.

And lastly I don't post the link directly on this board because I don't want any possibilty of problems with the excellent team who run the board.

Yees, you are a suspicious lot.

Please email me for the link as I don't want to post it on this forum directly.

Unfortunately not. I am on call that weekend. For a doc. that means got to stay within bleep reach of my patch. Bexleyheath to stratford-upon-avon. Not even the cerbera can make that in an acceptable time. Hope you all have a good time, and thanks for the thought.

Sorry, I'm not really set up for the printed word. Last time I tried to photocopy any of this I was rewarded with three chewed pages! Now have 575MB of data which consists of cerb/griff/and chimera parts list and all TSB's since 1993. Also cerb full workshop manual. I scanned it all over the weekend and it comes to 575MB in total. So I may have to rethink as I don't have anywhere near that amount of webspace.

ShPub.

You may have a point here. I thought that a list of spare parts would be in the companies interest for car owners to have with which to order the right parts. Rather like MacDonalds putting copyright on the menus they give to customers before they order the burger.
I notice however that you 'run' the TvrBookshop website and therefore probably know more than most of us about the copyright law. I certainly won't do this if its offending someone on the site.

Sorry, ShPub effectively sat on the idea by reminding us of the copyright issue. If you read his last message, I believe he's getting permission from TVR to let you know what parts you have in your car. I also believe he owns/runs the TVR bookshop and he'll likely have something he can sell you soon.
