New Griff 500 owner , help please

Hello All, Picked up my 1999 Griff 500 a couple of days ago ( found and checked over by Rob Ingleby ).
1) It needs 12K service , any recommendations ( Derby Area )
2) Heavy Clutch & Gear Change is this standard ?
3) I would like the exhaust to sound more like the pre-cat cars ( Not too loud though ), what mods have people made with what results.
