Finally the rubber tubing that runs into the vacuum controller have at last perished and although the temporary repair is holding well I need to replace them, but after a hunt of Land Rover spares' websites I haven't found any yet.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of some on the net?

Not sure about the actual part, but there are many cases on RR forums where owners have used generic rubber pipe of the same diameter (Aquatic suppliers for fish tank pumps for example) and have solved the problem for an outlay of under £1.

Rumour has it the official LR part will set you back a small fortune......

I imagine that windscreen-washer tubing is slightly less than the £6 from CBS.

Thanks for replies I will hunt some cheapo stuff out!

I found there was enough play in the surrounding pipes to steal some without any negative effects elsewhere.

I did that with the main long one that goes along the bulkhead, but the two little ones off the T-piece have also gone - although currently the duct tape seems to be holding!

Depends how much vacuum is being pulled.
The CBS pipe is specifically for vacuum systems but if the cruise control does not pull to hard then washer pipe may suffice.
