Maybe a mix of rocket design & build, performance engines, race tracks / rally / race team, performance car manufacturer / rare supercar dealers.
Oh to add a little bit of spice maybe super yatch dealer.
For the weekends, Bell huey helecopter hire (with min guns as optional upgrade )
Mind you the guys on Mythbusters don't have a bad business.

Classic Car Restoration business and also a model shop selling all types of model kits and model railway stuff.
I'd love to restore classic cars for a living and I think the model shop would be cool!
Something along the same lines for me I think - the model shop being the more realistic of the two I'd love to restore classic cars for a living and I think the model shop would be cool!
i alsways wanted to be an artictec but didnt like the thought of min 7 years at uni. so when i started messing about with bikes i thought this is good. then that turned to cars and tuning them, now after many years in motor engineering sector i run my own motorsport welding company. only in my second year. its something ive always wanted to do, run my own company,
but ideal business would be building and running my own motorsport team.
or spending my time as an explorer.

A watersports centre. The centre I work at at the moment churns through around 15,000 people each year in its different disciplines. I'd have somewhere hot, nice breeze with some flat water and some lumpy. Could quite easily spend the rest of my life teaching a couple of hours a day, then spend the rest of the day enjoying myself with boats, boards and kites
If I was properly minted I'd want to own a high-end clothes shop selling a few particular brands that are extremely hard to get hold of over here (and overpriced, currently) with a few unique features, and also a proper nice car/bike enthusiasts' pub that caters for people who want a bit more than a soggy bacon sandwich and builder's tea. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I'd quite like to have a t-bone steak in a barn conversion with a bunch of mates, huge doors open on a summer's day onto the car park with a few tasty exotics in it. Washed down by CAMRA-grade beers. Yes.
Someone give me lots of money so I can do both and quit the day job!
