The problem is, its a small chain. If its the same as the corporate I work for mainly the practice manager won't hold a cheque book.

The accounts phone number I have is a London number

biglaugh as opposed to what? leaving it lying around somewhere where the dog might eat it or the kids might draw on it?
As opposed to doing what my wife tends to do and deleting everything after she's read it so it doesn't clutter up her computer!

Rach, take a deep breath and press the button on your Thomas Higgins account. You'll be amazed how the efficiency of Royal Mail suddenly improves once the practice has received a stern letter from a solicitor threatening legal action. Then you can put it out of your mind. Allowing yourself to get worked up over it is counter-productive. I imagine you've lost more time stressing about this than the invoice covers?

They're doing a bank transfer, hopefully.

If its not there by Monday Thomas higgins will be involved.

I called t h last night about my account, they'd spelt my name wrong thats why I didn't have any emails yet.

My life is just so annoying right now.

Is it too early for wine, lol

Just on my way....

The Royal Mail stamp on the envelope was the 18th, so they had only sent it when they got my nasty letter, then stalled me with the bullst phonecalls and emails for the last 3 days.

Anyway, all should be fine now....
