It seems to tick most of my boxes, primarily 2 way Google contacts sync and comprehensive but easy to use project blogs.
Biggest downside for me is that it won't integrate with Xero unless you have the premium package at an extra $61 pm.
Most of our customer contact and canvassing is snail mail, phone and direct contact.
