Europe has a new state called kosovo. more crucially the US recognises its sovereignty. No doubt the IMF / World Bank will be providing funding shortly and some sort of plan for an economic rebuild will be in place. Traditionally new states like this seem to have made a lot of money in the early stages for many visionaries notably the abramoviches of this world made a packet from the disection of the USSR? I'll start the idea train: a few years ago i heard about a local businessman who made a fortune in yugoslavia from dismantling the machinery in industrial plants and exporting the parts abroad. So as many ideas as you can please, how would you make a mint out of kosovo?
