Registering a company

Evening all.

Do you guys know the cheapest and easiest way to register a ltd company, I'm setting up a small company to sell equine epuipment on ebay, having a simple website etc. Never done it before.

I thought that'd be the norm. I want to sell stuff on an ongoing basis, have a website, ebay shop etc, so setting up a ltd company would be the right thing to do. So I don't get prosecuted for tax evasion and all that!!
