There's a few apps IM. Easiest way to check whats in the clipboard is to compose a new message and paste the contents in.

No idea how you clear the clipboard but I'm pretty sure it only holds on thing at a time and doesn't keep a history.

anyone had any microphone issues?

tonight when trying to call someone I can hear them ok but all they can hear from me is crackling.

I tried using on the wired headset and same problem,
tried using it in my car with my bluetooth car kit and the same thing,
have tried recording with camcorder and voice is recorded as I can hear myself when I play it back

did a factory reset and it's still the same

downloaded and installed the update a few days ago and it was working ok until tonight.

any ideas chaps?

It's deffo coming, though now we're promised February, but before that it was January, and before that December.

So I'm hoping it's this month, but I wouldn't put my money on it.

Been on Jellybean for a couple of months now - via Cyanogen, very stable and very good.

Does your FM Radio work with Cyanogen?

My plan if they don't come through.

Though I'm in no hurry, I love my S2 like it is and never had any problems on the stock version. I do use another launcher though, as TW reminds me of my iPhone.

And that's not a good thing wink.

What FM radio?

hehe

No, CM10 doesn't have the FM radio. Not something they've built in.

Like I said, it's deffo my plan for future releases, I've got a feeling the S2 will be community-backed for some time to come.

You have to be able to get past the unsupported features though, I really like the MHL output (use it on vacation everytime), but AFAIK it'll never work on CM.

Some other issues I find:

  • Audio: not all features implemented yet (?)
  • USB: slow ums transfer speed
  • Camera: recording effects broken
  • FM Radio: unsupported, will probably never be
  • TV Out: unsupported, will never work (proprietary, undocumented)

Audio is fine, everything works. USB whatever you said, never noticed. FM radio, good point, not really a problem though as I never use it. Or the TV thingy.

Like I said, if you don't use them all the better but my wife uses the FM, and I use the TV so that would be a bit of a setback for both of us smile. Just to make people aware that these issues are there.

Can you explain the TV thing? Never understood what it did.

Also worth noting on a related theme, Sky Go won't work on a rooted device.

Plug your phone into an HDMI port on your telly and watch a film from it on the big screen.

yes you just need an mhl adapter, costs a couple of pounds. Pretty cool to see your Android work on the big screen like that as well.
