Company IT Policy - Urgent
Discussion
We had an issue in my last company (which was a fair size multi-national) that, when anybody left, IT (under HR's direction) completely deleted their mail, and then bounced all further email sent to the (ex)employee.
As we're in a sales environment, this just seemed ridiculous. Yet it's been held in law that snail mail sent to an employee at the company premises can be opened by anyone as it's deemed to be work related.

Seem like things are starting to get resolved.
I have been invited to join the IT stratergy Team to draft the IT requirements for the next 3, 5, 10 years. based up on the companies growth. Which is a small success in itself.
Further to this the IT policy ios still inforce as is, but i am have been included in the process of getting the policy updated which is a big success.
Thanks for the help
