Virgin Media - Retention Deals?

Finally got around to ringing. It’s not been too of the list.

1Gb broadband, £35. I could do *slightly* better at Vodafone, but £4 a month for an easy life is probably money well spent.

I did the phone dance, cancelled and then 2 days later they offered it to me at the same price I've been paying, £26 for 250. I'll take that given the lack of choice around. Inflation busting at least

We did - then the next bill came followed by the threat of court action if we didn't pay......

Annnnd still.

I'm not sure how many calls/web chats/visits to O2 shops we've had -with at least at least six defined cancellations which seem to have been ignored or 'missed'on their db.

Another day of cancellation attempts tomorrow then.
