Problems with IE

Does anyone have this problem, fire up IE and it spawns other IE windows instantly from http://680180.net

I can block it but, it is a config somewhere and I want to kill ..

You've got some adware.

Download Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy.

That should sort it.

Then download Firefox and stop using IE, which should avoid this sort of thing in future.

I use FF as std but sometimes I am forced to use IE

I downloaded Spybot, removed some spy ware interesting result

IE still spawns another IE but cannot find a site, then another IE gets spawned 2 mins later and it is back to the orginal game

you definately have some malware/spyware there is a specific removal tool for this do a search on google for your problem

OK downloaded 3 or 4 spyware programs including a Microsoft Beta spyware, ran them cleaned any results still had the spawned IE...

Final Tools-> Managed Addons

Disabled most but Java and Adobe ... problem gone

So far ...
