It might be to do with the link you provide: I use www.fotopic.net for pictures, and if I link to the numbered servers (addresses starting eg. images5.fotopic...) rather than just images.fotopic then they refuse to show it. Might be worth looking at?

It's an anti-hotlinking scenario. I do the same to prevent PH's pics being embedded on other people's websites.

The fact that some people see it could be due to a number of things - possibly including whether your browser givies out 'HTTP_REFERER' info.
