Chaps,

I'm a bit worried. MSN doesn't seem to accept my password.

I can't login to my hotmail account, I can't sign in to MSN passport, and I can't reset my password, as the console doesn't give me a chance to put in any security info, but emails me password instructions to my 'other' email address, which I don't know the name of.

MSN have been as useful as a condom in the vatican. Does anyone here know a way to get into your email account?

Have someone send you as an attachment, that should get you in!

Try clearing all of the cookies on your system and then re-enter your password. Sometimes that makes a difference...

If you have MSN or WIndows Messenger installed, fire that up. If you have never used it before, go through the setup thing, and use the Hotmail address as the Messenger address. This should do the password thing, then if wrong, go through a password reminder then mail to thingy.

Good luck

PS If you have bolloxed it up, sign up for a new hotmail.co.uk account instead.
