Looking for a new broadband supplier

I currently use BTYahoo but they seem to have anew billing scam where they either deduct 2 payments per month (then return one a few weeks later) or as they have now done, charged me £5 extra.
So can anyone recommend a good broadband company that is reliable, reasonably priced and doesn't steal money from their customers.

Bizarre. Take an extra month's payment @ £20 a month from 100,000 customers, stick it in bank account for 1 month, pay back £20. Sorted.

Been with Tiscali for 2+ years. Seems to get better and better. They upgraded my account about 3 months ago for free (quicker, no more cost, no extra restrictions) in line with current offers.

would have to recommend Plusnet, all my family, most of my friends, and the entire PLC that I work for (all 20 locations) are connected with Plusnet.
Never had a problem, and their tech support is first class (and not £3 million a minute either.

Try Pipex? Reasonably priced, and we've never had a day's bother.

Same here used to be with xstream then libertysurf then tiscali (oh how companies change their names over the years).
