I have to change embeded pictures from e-mails, and save them as jepgs, and then add them into a new word doc, is there an easy way to click on the picture i want then copy, and change into a jepg, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You don't say what format the original picture is in mate; but I'll do my best.
Assuming it's a BMP/GIF image and your running Windows XP.

Save it to somewhere on your disk (My Documents/My Pictures)
Open it with MS Paint.
File > Save As, select jpg from the list of possibles and type in the filename as per normal.
Click Save and voila.

If it's something odd like a TIFF you might have to hunt down a dedicated picture program as I don't belive Paint can handle anything more than Gif, JPG and BMP. Should that be the case then GIMP is avaliable for gratis (just google "GIMP Windows" and download the two packs needed).
