There's a job opportunity arisen based in the technology park in Limerick that I am aware of.

I think you'd need to relocate, but they seem pretty deparate so a contract might be open where you could travel over a few days a month. Not too sure to be certain.

Company Overview: Software company located in the National Technology Park, Limerick.
Specialising in developing IP Broadcast products we are expanding our development team to complete the next product range.

Skills required:
Development: Java scripting and/or code object development in C++.
Media technologies: VLC, Flash, MPlayer
Platforms: Linux (preferably Redhat/Debian)

Knowledge of the following desirable:
Unix shells,
Perl scripting,
browser plug-ins,
FFMpeg,
Javascript,
XML,

Some knowledge of IP networks and SQL/RDB
