Unable to access ebay motor section

For the last couple of days I've been unable to access any section of ebay motors either with IE7 or Opera yet my wifes works fine. I've run ccleaner, spybot and antivirus and it shows no problems. Any help much appreciated. Forgot to add that I can access all other sections of ebay no problem.

No adblocker,just spywareblaster and avg. I can get to the main ebay motor section but when I try "car parts" or even "cars" all I get is "the page cannot be displayed" Strange that all other sections of ebay work fine, go figure!

Well I've just gone to "whats new" on ebay main page and it redirects me to http://www.ebaydevelopment.co.uk/ontheroad/ if I then click on ebay listings on that page I can access everything, so wtf is going on?!
