For my part it's a clean and simple look with good information, but I'm no web designer and don't have an artistic bent. The only things I picked up on was:-

On the PAT page, personnel is spelt wrong twice (personel). (Spelt correctly on the HOME page).

On the INSPECTION page, second line, I think 'testing' should have a capital 'T' in 'Inspection and Testing' and likewise further down for 'Portable Appliance Testing (PAT Testing)'.

On the WIRELESS page, use 'and' instead of '&'

Hope this helps.

Hi Tom.
Clean, simple and fast loading pages, which is good, but times have changed. 10-15 years ago that would have been enough. Now I think you need a slighly larger font (also have to consider visitors with sight impairment) and some colour. You might want to browse some of your competitors' websites and see how yours compares re. visual impact.
Some repetition of info. on the first two pages and I wasn't clear whether it was the company or the work force who had the 30 years experience (each or combined?).
Hope that's of some help.

I like it, mostly...

Simple thumbup
Clear thumbup
No bloody flashy graphics everywhere, and certainly nothing animated thumbup
Contact page has all three of postal, phone and email contacts thumbup
Valid HTML thumbup

Not so good:
Doesn't give any idea of how much you charge, perhaps not really applicable to everything but surely for PAT testing and the like you have a standard rate you can quote.

Cheers for the feedback.

I will put those changes in, so charges and spelling mistakes. Larger fonts, and bit more clarity on info.

Pigeon was pointing out that the site uses cookies...which it appears he does not like (for privacy reasons)

Agree with most / all of what is written above (although I'm not so anti - SMALL flash banners to catch the eye if you need them)

Again though I'm no web-design pervert.

...and doesn't need to use cookies, since it all works fine if you block them.
