creating gif files ...

I need to create a simple banner with the following spec:

• 117 wide x 150 high Pixels
• Jpg or Gif
• No larger than 60k in size

I want to have a couple of images that interchange every 4 seconds or so, but how do I do it?

I am using CS2.3 if that helps ... I remember being able to do it in Corel something of other, but would rather use the above.

Adobe Imageready or Flash is good. If you don't have them, post the images here in the order you would like them to go and I'll do it for you

I use Esay GIF Animator, here's an example:
