i dont need any other features liek SQL databases etc

any reocmmendations?

there are so many and most of them look rubbish - it is only for a site that needs to stay up for about 2 months.

Hosting from £2.75 a month.. is it REALLY worth going free with all the downtime and issues for a pint a month!

If you only need 2 months, then either accept you'll need to pay, or use your ISPs web space (most give you a few MB of free space)

If it's not for an important use (ie just to host a few pictures of your cat) then you'll just need to use one of the free hosts and accept the downtime / performance issues / banners.
