Windows vista word help

Just a quick question, i have got windows vista and have just imported text to word but it has a black background, how do you make it white again?

I have just fixed it pressing random buttons, sorry for clutturing up the forum (mods please close topic) thanks

Lol, you had it all highlighted from when you pasted it. Once you moved away from the text you deselected it. Pressing <CTRL> and A together will make it happen again.
