It is badly scratched including the screen, but the phone works fine. I cannot advocate signing a new 18 month agreement for some shiny plastic!

I don't know about the Pearl but I just replaced the LCD in my 8320 with an ebay part for 12 quid. I'm sure you can find replacement cases for most models. I found loads of spares when I was shopping around. Check youtube for dismantling videos. You'll probably only need a very small torx set.
