What are the "must have" games..?

Or will I get bored and it just left under the TV..?

How many mates do you have that will come round and drunkenly play boxing/tennis/etc? If you've got quite a few and they'll do it often then yeah - get one, they're great.

If it's mostly going to be you playing it - it'll end up under the TV.

It's a great "group" game thing (though I can think of better...:ehem:) but, as a grown up, you'll probably get bored of it as a games console. IYSWIM.

I've just sold mine, unless you have mates round all the time with a few drinks they get boring. Mine sat unloved for 3 months

Buy one - even if does end up sitting under the TV it'll pay itself off initially and if you ever have any 'parties' it'll be sure to be used.

I've played wii sports, music and the like with friends its all good fun! Just make sure you use the wrist band to keep the controller nice and safe, or you'll put it through the window like my mate...

I love playing Wii Golf. My Mrs has a Wii Fit and if you know anything about the internetz you'll know every lady should be given one of these by her man.

And they are brill when people come round.

Go for Wii Fit in a bundle with a Wii and Wii Sports.

Buy an extra controller with Wii Play (cheaper than just the remote in many cases), then start looking for other games

Wii fit..? uh..? well I have an onsite gym that just requires me to walk about 30 yards but I cant be arsed...so unless it involves cocktail making - thats a no.

Was up at Ali-kats at the weekend and that guitar heros was fun does that come on the Wii..? and any quiz type game like what you get on the PS3..?

I will be entertaining a few people yes, so it seems sensible to get one.

It's balance games, so you're controlling the character with the board (feet / body movements) rather than just waving a Wii-mote about.

Bundles... circa £200-250 I guess, depends what you fancy. The laminated book of dreams probably has some options, or could try GAME.

Agreed with the above. (I did this along with extra numchuck (sp) and extra steering wheel - one comes with Mario Kart)

There are a lot of places out there advertising these packages, but when you dig deeper they do not have them in stock.

However (and I have no affiliation to these) - I used www.shop2.net and ordered at 20:30 last Monday, and it arrived last Wednesday at 10:00am. Very pleased with it.

Wii Fit has knackered my already dodgy knee though!
