Buying a second hand ipod
Discussion
Hi All,
I am looking for a 160GB ipod. The new ones are only availabe as 120gb and the new models will not charge on my speaker dock. If I buy one from Ebay how will it work with itunes as I remember when I bought mine years ago I had to register it? Also, can you have multiple ipods on the same version of itunes on the same computer - just under different names?
Thanks
V

You can use any amount of ipods with 1 itunes just by calling them different names ie we have 5ipods on the house all on 1 computer and 1 itune software.I am looking for a 160GB ipod. I would imagine all you would have to do with a second hand ipod is authorize it to your computer and then synchronize it and jobs a good un! although i'm not an expert!
you must have a lot of music for 160gb
